4. Children’s Astrology Readings & Consultations

By booking a children’s reading or consultation, you acknowledge and agree that:
• all consultations involving minors must include the attendance and participation of a parent or legal guardian
• sessions will not be conducted with a child alone
• parents or guardians are responsible for supervising and interpreting how any reading,
report, book, or product is shared with the child
• all guidance provided is intended for reflective and supportive purposes only
Soul Path Astrology reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any consultation that does not comply with these requirements.
5. Personalisation & Accuracy of Information
Many services and products offered by Soul Path Astrology are personalised using birth information supplied by the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate:

• birth time
• birth location
• spelling of names and delivery information
Soul Path Astrology is not responsible for inaccuracies in readings, reports, charts, or personalised products resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of booking or purchase. Once work has commenced using the supplied information, refunds or replacements may not be offered for customer input errors.
6. Booking, Processing & Delivery
Digital Services
• Chart reports are typically delivered within 14 business days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated
• Online consultations are scheduled after purchase and confirmation of details
• Preparation of charts and reports begins after full payment has been received
Physical Products
• Physical items are generally shipped within 3–7 business days via Australia Post
• Shipping times may vary depending on location and postal service delays
• Customers will receive shipping confirmation once their order has been dispatched
Soul Path Astrology is not responsible for delays caused by postal providers, customs processing, incorrect shipping details, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
7. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
Digital Readings & Personalised Products
Due to the personalised and time-intensive nature of astrology readings, reports, and customised products, refunds are not offered once work has commenced or digital content has been delivered.
Consultations
Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations without notice may not be refunded.
Physical Products
Refunds or replacements may be offered for damaged or faulty physical products. Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for:
